Because every piece is crafted specially to your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect. 2. Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at flawlessusinfo@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. If the defect is verified, we will offer a resolution, which may include:

All return shipping for defective items must be pre-approved and coordinated through our team.

5. Shipping Responsibility
In the event of an approved return due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, FlawlessUs Diamond will cover the return shipping cost. For all other situations requiring shipping (such as repairs due to customer-related damages or modifications), customers will be responsible for shipping charges. Please ensure secure packaging, as FlawlessUs Diamond cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
