We accept payments via major credit cards and listed secure payment gateways. We may cancel any order due to inaccuracies, payment issues, or potential fraud.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference. Shipping delays may occur due to external carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any delivery delays, but we will make efforts to ensure timely fulfillment.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Repairs

FlawlessUs Diamond does not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery. If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing issue, we will provide a resolution at our discretion, including repair, replacement, or partial refund.

We offer one year of free repair for quality-related issues that occur with normal wear. After one year, customers may request paid repair services. Upon receiving a repair request, we will work with the customer to determine the scope, timeline, and cost of service on a case-by-case basis.

7. Title and Risk of Loss

Title to items transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Risk of loss or damage transfers at the same time. For international orders, title may transfer based on our fulfillment partner’s terms.
